Who is responsible for return shipping costs?The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We find that USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail is usually the most affordable shipping method.

When will my order be shipped?Orders are only shipped out once payment is received, unless the customer or company has set terms. If you have any questions about your payment or shipping status, please contact us for more information.

What is your return policy?We accept all returns for items purchased within 30 days unless otherwise negotiated prior to purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Do you offer shipping insurance for my order, and what are the options?We automatically insure all domestic packages over $1,000 to ensure your valuable items are protected during transit. Additionally, some of the shipping carriers we work with include insurance for packages valued between $100-$200 at no extra cost. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

What costs are refunded?Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product and applicable state sales tax only. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
